Time and star galaxies are in motion. Forever vibrating across various frequencies to allow for the macro level to exist. Within macro is micro and within micro is quantum.

On a grand scale, galaxies of any size coalesce to form areas of time which are static points. Not quite a mathematical infinity such as a black hole, but a part of space that dictates it becomes the anchor for time trajectories.
